Absorption Chillers
Through the use of large chilled water/cooling water temperature differential adaptability and provision of a high–function microcomputer as a standard control panel, superior reliability and durability are realized in our Absorption chillers, while achieving operation efficiency. A "new–age" cooling equipment, Hitachi is one step ahead with a chiller that contributes to the realization of total energy–saving and low cost air–conditioning systems.
AHU
Hitachi offers both single and double skinned AHU that are modular in design and available in both horizontal and vertical configurations with a variety of discharge arrangements. These units may be arranged to meet almost any space or duct requirements and the standard capacity ranges from 27 – 63 Nominal tons. For special applications, we are able to custom–make the units according to your specific needs.
Air Conditioning Systems
Air conditioning/ Sanitary and Plumbing/ Electric systems are supplied to various types of facilities such as office building, factories and hotels. With Hitachi's own total clean technologies, it is made possible to realize many types of clean rooms for electronic/ bio–technological/ nano–technological industry.
Air Cooled Water Chillers
This series of Hitachi air–cooled water chillers of up to 1,146 kW at 50Hz and 1,350 kW at 60Hz have been developed for differing requirements of air conditioning and industrial chilled water systems. The units are equipped with the well–proven semi–hermetic Hitachi Screw Compressors and a micro–processor controller. The units incorporate compressors, air–cooled condensers, water cooler, expansion valves, control and safety devices.
Centrifugal Chillers
Hitachi Centrifugal Chillers uses HFC134a, refrigerant with an ozone depletion potential of zero. The High–pressure HFC134a refrigerant enables downsizing and weight reduction of the rotating body components in comparison to other refrigerant types. Consequently, the energy loss caused by rotation is reduced for consistent downsizing and high efficiency is achieved. Hitachi’s unique capacity control mechanism allows energy–saving operation throughout the year with its stable capacity control.
FCU
The Hitachi horizontal ceiling concealed fan coil units are specially designed based on low noise and vibration, compact size, light–weight and low height construction – ideal for installation in today’s modern buildings where ceiling space is limited. Basic units consist of 1mm–thick galvanized steel casing and insulated with 12.7mm–thick, 48kg/m3 density, fire retardant PE foam.
Packaged Air Conditioners
Hitachi has developed packaged air conditioners with a sleek new look. In addition to excellent performance providing high efficiency, high reliability and low noise, the design has been upgraded. Moreover, a slim design has further relaxed restrictions on installation. An extensive lineup features 3 to 30 horsepower models. All horsepower models adopt a high efficiency scroll compressor. Users can choose the optimum model according to applications or purposes.
Set Free
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology was developed to address global concerns and the increasing complex operating conditions today’s marketplace demands. Through tremendous investment in research and development, Hitachi is able to offer impressive VRF systems, the Set Free range, incorporating heat pump and heat recovery versions with one of the largest capacity ranges available in the industry from 3 HP to 30 HP inclusive.
Utopia
Hitachi Utopia system offers a variety of outdoor units from 5 kW to 13 kW with a choice of five indoor units (4–way cassette, above ceiling, ceiling suspended, wall and floor mounted). The Utopia range is suitable for every application where quiet, reliable, air conditioning is required, with features that include reduced noise levels and advanced diagnostic remote controls to make troubleshooting prompt and simple.
Water Cooled Water Chillers
Hitachi has increased its Water Cooled Water Chillers from 124kW to 800kW. Designed to be more compact, Hitachi’s chillers allow for increased convenience by reducing the space required during installation. This is made possible as each compressor has an individual refrigerant circuit served by a plate heat exchanger specifically designed to offer higher efficiency than the traditional shell and tube type, allowing a massive reduction in physical size.
