The new printer has been designed for ease of use and maintenance combined with improved environmental considerations.

All models are equipped with a "Clean & Easy Cartridge-type System" and a new modern user interface with a full colour 10.4" touch screen panel and icon-based graphics.

 

UX-B160W

The Basic model offers up to 240 printable characters on 3 separate lines and a print rate of up 1148 per second. The model comes with 150 basic message storage capacity. Through its "Clean & Easy Cartridge System" and its "Makeup Fluid Consumption Reducing System" maintainability and environmental performance can be improved.

UX-B160W

 

UX-D160W

The Standard model offers a well-equipped printer with several top-up options, reduced makeup consumption and clean & easy change of cartridge-type bottles. It is capable of up to 6 lines of printing. The Standard model offers up to 240 printable characters on 6 separate lines and a print rate of 1148 characters per second (Option up to 2563). The model comes with 300 message storage capacity (Option up to 2000 depending on data).

UX-B160W

Features

  1. Cartridge-type Ink bottle and Makeup bottle
      Reduce customer’s burden by easy cartridge replacement with no ink splashes nor ink drops.
      Easy to dispose the empty cartridges because no liquid remains after ink/makeup is used up.
  2. Reduced Makeup consumption
    The amount of makeup volatilization during operation is reduced by the new technology of “Makeup fluid consumption reduction system”
    The amount of makeup volatilization is reduced to 30% on Standard model UX-D and Basic model UX-B.
    *In the U.S., LA, and mainland China area, only model UX-D and model UX-B are sold.
  3. Multiple line printing: 6-line printing is now available (Standard Model).
  4. System Enhancement
    Ethernet is a standard feature of Standard model.
    RFID function* prevents IJP from improper installation of ink/makeup by reading IC tag on cartridge.
    *Use of this function requires Radio Law approval for each country. Approval process is in progress, however this function will NOT be available until the approval is obtained.
  5. Installation Capability Enhancement
    The ambient operation temperature is extended up to 50 deg C for ink type 1067K by dedicated print control system.
